After the completion of Vishwajeet yajna, those sages went to the Panchala kingdom and requested for Dakshinas to the king. King gave them twenty-one healthy and strong calves. Dalabhya Baka was present there among those Manasvi sages. He told them, "All of you similarly share these calves in yourselves. I will ask for more animals from some other notable king." Then he left for Hastinapur to meet with King Dhritarashtra.

Sage Baka solicited some animals from the king. Dhritarashtra became indignant. Already a few cows had died earlier in his kingdom. He ruthlessly responded to him, "If you wish to take a few animals, then go for these lifeless ones right now!" After listening to him Baka thought that he had been insulted in front of everybody inside the courtroom room through the harsh statements of King Dhritarashtra.

Consequently, he determined to take revenge on the king. therefore he took the lifeless cows, sliced their meat, and started out doing homa in which Hastinapur was the Havisham in the form of that meat. He observed all Vedic rituals in an accurate way for the Havana close to Avakirna tirtha of Saraswati. Dhritarashtra's kingdom started to get destroyed daily. Seeing his very own nation in a huge crisis, King was in despair and tension. He discussed with a few Brahmins of his kingdom however could not find any solution. The devastation continued.

Prashnin then spoke back to him, "You have humiliated Sage Baka on the time he begged a few animals to you. You need to please the sage now! "

After hearing this Dhritarashtra right away reached close to the sage and at the same time folding his hands asked him, "I desire to please you now. Please forgive a greedy and foolish King like me who lost his thoughts out of stupidity. I've come for your refuge now. You need to defend me." Seeing the King lamenting over there, Sage felt pity for him. consequently, he changed his thoughts and started out doing homa for the welfare of the King. Gladly Dhritarashtra then gave him many animals and returned to his country. Sage Baka also went back to Nimisharanya with those animals after rescuing the king from the danger. 

At this same splendid tirtha, the generous Guru of the deities Brhaspati(Brihaspati) once executed Avicharika Yajna with meats for the welfare of the entire deities and for the destruction of evil. As a result, the demons became weak and additionally, deities could triumph over them throughout their combat.
